Erik Harden has over 20 years experience of coaching and training elite basketball players at the amateur and professional level. Since 1996 Erik has coached 6 NBA players, several current professional international players, four high school all Americans and over 40 NCAA division one players. As a coach, Erik has worked for the top AAU programs in SoCal, Paladins Basketball Club, Rockfish, SCA, California Players Basketball Club and GPA. During that time he has won over 20 tournaments, with 4 being against elite national competition.
As a trainer, Erik has had the opportunity to work with players of all talent levels, from amateur to professional.

Erik started his basketball career at Inglewood HS, is a graduate of Fresno Pacific University and former Head Coach of Central City Value High School, 2016 city champions.
